Strawberry-vanilla heart

Almond dacquoise garnished with candied strawberries and panna cotta cream, covered with a raspberry glaze.

Chocolate heart

Chocolate Savoie sponge cake filled with a layer of vanilla Chantilly and garnished with crispy chocolate nuggets. Overlaid with chocolate Bavaroise cream and dark chocolate icing.
