Financement Agricole Canada (Farm Credit Canada)

In May 2011, Lillian Colpron, President and Co-Founder, received the FCC's Rosemary-Davis Award for the province of Quebec. Mrs Colpron is a business woman and an agro-food industry leader and visionary. She was selected for her leadership and her commitment to Canadian agriculture and to the agro-processing industry. Dictionnaire universel du pain (Universal Dictionary of Bread) 

President and Co-founder Lillian Colpron was the only person in Quebec or Canada to be selected by Éditions Robert Laffont to appear in its dictionary on bread, published in France in October 2010. In it, she shares the recipe for organic sprouted grain bread, which was developed by her son Bernard Fiset, an artisan-baker and master baker at Première Moisson.  (French only)

Dictionnaire des femmes (Women's Dictionary)

President and Co-Founder Lillian Colpron will be included in Antoinette Fouque's Dictionnaire des femmes, to be published in 2012. The dictionary will include women from different countries and representing various fields including: food, science, the arts and politics. (French only)
