Première Moisson is a Québec company specializing in the production of healthful products prepared in
keeping with authentic, time-honoured, upmarket bakery, charcuterie and pastry-making traditions. Well
established in the Greater Montréal area with over 17 bakeries and three express stores, the company
also markets products through grocery stores across Québec, select food chains in Ontario, a number
of independent merchants and Costco outlets.
